Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Privadsy UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ("Privadsy", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Privadsy offers a SaaS platform for creators to manage and monetize their content through SmartLink management, performance tracking, visual ad integration (Billboards), and automated affiliate monetization. Additional features include real-time analytics and integration options via WebSDK.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring their activities on the platform comply with applicable laws and regulations. Privadsy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activities.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, and technology on the Privadsy platform are protected by intellectual property laws. Users agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Privadsy content without permission.

5. Shortlink Ownership

If you are using a default Privadsy-owned domain (e.g., prdy.link, privadsy.link, privd.link, twch.link, ytbe.link, ofns.link, podc.link, ptrn.link, discd.link), we reserve the right to reclaim the shortlink if needed, particularly if it is necessary for brand compliance, to prevent confusion among users, or to maintain the integrity and reputation of our Service. We also forbid any username squatting or other attempts to reserve usernames for resale, and at our discretion, we may reclaim any username that we believe is being used in bad faith.

6. Fees and Payment

Privadsy charges fees for premium features as outlined in the subscription plans. Payment obligations are non-cancellable and fees paid are non-refundable. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension.

7. Liability and Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Privadsy is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

8. Data Protection

Privadsy complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ensures the protection of personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Amendments

Privadsy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Acknowledgment

By using Privadsy, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms of Service, understood them, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you are not authorized to use the Service. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time, so please review them frequently.
